This chocolate enrobing machine is used to enrobe chocolate material on surfaces of various kinds of foods, such as puffed foods, nuts, all kinds of fondant materials, spherical and abnormal candies, cakes and biscuits, egg rolls, pie etc.

It can enrobing chocolate on all sides of food or enrobing chocolate on bottom-side for your option.
Chocolate enrobing machine Effective working width from 200 to 1200mm, different models can be customized as requirements. cooling tunnel is available.
There are follow special devices for optional also:
1. magazine feeder: to simplify the feeding of biscuits or wafers etc to the enrobing wiremesh.
2. granular sprinkler: to sprinkler sesame or peanut granulars on the enrobing products.
3. decorator: to decorate zigzags or stripes of different color on the surface of enrobing products.
