SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you want to buy more than one picture at once, or if you would like to pay by cheque please email me with your requirements.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your picture, you can return it within 28 days of purchase. Full reimbursement will be made using the method by which you purchased the item. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. I will advise you by email of the delivery address should this situation arise.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your picture arrives with you in a damaged state, please return it within 28 days for a full refund/replacement, including postage costs. I will advise you by email of the delivery address should this situation arise.
DELIVERY
Work will be dispatched within a week of online purchase. If a special arrangement has been made to pay by cheque, the work will be dispatched as soon as the funds have cleared my bank account. If I am away for a period of time I will make this information available on my website. I will inform you by email when your picture has been posted.
POSTAGE & PACKING
The cost of postage also takes into consideration the cost of packaging your picture securely.
PAYMENT METHODS
Online payments are made through PayPal using your debit/credit card or through your own PayPal account. PayPal is a secure way of making purchases online. Make sure that the PayPal page displays the padlock symbol which indicates a secure transaction. Your financial details will not be seen by me. Please read PayPal’s privacy and security statements for more information. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email me.
